Order Processing and Turnaround
All US orders are shipped within 1-8 business days depending on processing times. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for shipping, FREE Shipping US only for orders over $200.00
Carriers: USPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Once tracking says delivered, we're not responsible if package then goes missing due to theft.
International Shipping Rates
For international orders, we will contact you to determine the best shipping method available. This will result in an additional charge for shipping.
EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All Sales are FINAL as they are one of a kind pieces and cannot be resold. If there is a defect in a piece please contact us to discuss the issue and how it can be resolved.
