STEPS TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN

STEP 1

Call 202-705-7588 or email ojeannefashionhouse@gmail.com to book your appointment for measurement taking AND Consulting.
 

STEP 2

During Consultation, decide on style, fabric and details desired to be sewn. Get measurements taken.
 

STEP 3

Make a 70% deposit on the total amount for custom designs. This is made on Consulting and Measurement Day if confirmed. 30% Balance is paid during the fitting day.
 

STEP 4

Usually takes 2-6 weeks to complete custom design depending on clothing item and style.
 

STEP 5

On Fitting Day adjustments might be made or not and 30% balance is paid on this day. A completion and pick up day will be agreed on, on this day. Delivery options could be discussed as well. Shipping will be paid by client after items are weighed.
